Profile

Having built a career as a cartoonist in Japan for 15 years, the artwork of nuit is expressed by her unique perception of everyday life. They are adult oriented and that makes her works different from the conventional Japanese cartoons which choose "children" as a major target. Her many published books appeal to all ages in Japan. Her illustrations may have the appearance of watercolor touch, but they are creations by computer. Her work involves movie pamphlets, posters, magazine covers, and bookbinding illustrations.
