Application Policy

• The size of image data that you send must be smaller than 1 megabyte. Anything bigger than 1 MB are not acceptable, as a rule.
• The type of image must be JPEG PNG GIF format.
• Your work should be shot by camera in full resolution at the lowest compression ratio, and you must keep the original data (because in the event of awards given or exhibition, prints will be required).
• Make sure that your works or pictures do not cause problems with copyright, or portrait right. Applicant shall bear all responsibilities for any problems or infringement attributable to his/her application.
• Your applied artwork must be your wholly original work. In the event name(s) other than yours is used, it will be deemed invalid.
• While the copyright of the applied work shall belongs to you, you will give us permission in advance that your works are available for posting on the website or any other publications.
• Any matters that are not mentioned in this policy, shall be decided by the discretion of the host.

Your personal information provided at application will be kept properly, and every possible effort will be made to avoid leaking of your personal information. We appreciate your thorough reading of the following to give us your consent.

Your personal information will be only available for collection or use for the following purposes.Your personal information will never be used beyond the extent of the following purposes

1. To send you a confirmation mail of receipt of your application
2. To complete the procedure with regard to your application (e.g. application data maintenance, etc.)
3. To send you emails to communicate
   To communicate with you with regard to job inquiries from third parties, etc.

Your personal information will not be disclosed or given to any third parties other than UA-NET without your consent.
